Million Vertical Lines at the group exhibition “Aperture”

The 16 drawings (each measuring 100 × 70 cm) are made of vertical pencil lines, densely layered next to and over each other. Each sheet includes a thin, untouched white line of paper. These drawings were not originally intended for exhibition. They were created as part of a film, functioning as transitions between scenes and helping shape the film’s overall structure. Nine years later, they are presented independently for the first time, detached from their cinematic context. For this exhibition,
12 drawings are presented in the space.
